IT Enterprises' Strategic Resource Locating of Cross-border Venture Capital——Intel Capital

该文从资源的价值、优势、风险3方面对跨国创业投资资源进行综合评价,初步建立了跨国创业投资资源评价指标体系,构建多目标多层次模糊综合评价模型。通过对主要资源的评价,确定跨国创业投资战略资源的定位。然后以英特尔投资为例对评价模型进行验证,最后得出结论。

This paper starts with elements of cross-border venture capital resources such as resources value,superiority,risk,and then sets up the preliminary evaluation system of three layers index.Furthermore,through the evaluation of key resources,locates strategic resources of cross-border venture capital.Finally,adopts fuzzy model to test and verify the strategic resource locating of Intel Capital and concludes.
