摘要 我国肾移植受者术后肿瘤的发生显著增多,以原肾肾盂及输尿管的移行细胞癌常见,约占所有肿瘤的40%[1]。对于女性患者以及服用过关木通类中药的患者,更易发生原上尿路移行细胞癌。传统手术方法治疗这类患者在处理下段输尿管时需利用下腹正中6 cm切口,手术时间较长,手术损伤较大。
