Exploring the strategy and the rise of lead in Anhui province

为了推进安徽快速崛起，安徽省在制定“十一五”经济社会发展规划的过程中，同步制定了以合肥为中心的沿（巢）湖省会经济圈规划、以马芜铜宜为重点的沿江城市经济带规划和以“两淮一蚌”为重点的沿淮城市经济带规划，形成具有安徽特色的“三沿”城市经济带。打造合芜蚌自主创新试验区，通过试验区的纽带作用，将“三沿”城市经济带的中心城市串连起来，发挥合、芜、蚌三市的综合作用和倍增效应，把整个安徽统领起来，形成全省经济发展的战略支点。借助皖江城市带承接产业转移的历史性机遇，构建现代产业体系，促进产业结构升级，推动区域协调发展，使安徽经济实现跨越式发展。

In order to promote the scientific and accelerate Anhui development, The ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ of Anhui Province, has synchronously developed three plannings： the urban economic zone planning of Caohu Lake and The capital city which centers on Hefei, the economic belt planning of cities along the Yangtze River which focus on Maanshan, Wuhu, Tongling, and Anqing, and the economic belt planning of cities along the Huaihe River focus on Bengbu and coasts of Huaihe River, forming the ＂three along＂ economic belts of Anhui style. The purposes of choosing the key cities of the ＂three along＂ economic belts to build Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu autonomous innovation test areas is to join the key cities together through the linking effects of the test areas, and enhance the typicle model effects of the three cities, and combine the whole Anhui province to form a strategic fulcrum of economic development throughout the province.
