隐形酸完井液体系的研究及应用

Research and Application of Recessive Acid Completion Fluid

传统的钻井完井液均为碱性完井液 ,作者介绍了一种隐形酸完井液 ,重点研究了隐形酸 HTA加量与其溶液的 p H值、与钙、镁垢的溶解率、与有机处理剂的降解率之间的关系 ,以及对油层岩心渗透率恢复值的影响。通过室内研究 ,建立了一种隐形酸完井液体系。室内研究结果和现场应用效果表明 :隐形酸完井液能够消除钻井、固井以及完井过程的储层损害 ,提高油井产量 。

All the conventional drilling & completion fluid should be alkaline completion fluid.The present paper briefs a kind of recessive acid completion fluid with emphasis on research in the relationship between the HTA concentration of recessive acid and the pH value of its solution,the dissolution rate of dirty calcium and magecium and the degradation rate of organic additive.A specific kind of recessive acid completion fluid is compounded through the lab study.As shown in the result of the lab study and the effect of the field application,the recessive acid completion fluid can deal with the reservoir damage due to drilling,cementing and completion to increase the production of oil wells and decrease the skin factor.
