胰腺癌干细胞研究现状 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺癌是恶性程度非常高、预后非常差的消化道肿瘤之一。大部分患者发现时已属无法手术切除的晚期胰腺癌，并对放化疗不敏感。最近的研究表明胰腺癌干细胞是胰腺癌发生和进展的源头，并对放疗和化疗导致的凋亡耐受，对胰腺癌干细胞自我更新和耐药机制的深入研究可能发现对胰腺癌更有效的治疗措施。现对胰腺癌干细胞研究现状作一综述。
