This paper begins with preparation mechanism about polyester lacquer,connected with the technical flow of producing enameled wire.Furthermore,it makes a analysis of forming lacquer film and put forward the technological demands in detail according to the technical characteristics.At last,Dilute technics of polyester lacquer and the quality of enameled wire as well as the raw materils have a close ties which is discussed at the final section.
