白细胞介素-2在门诊肿瘤患者应用中的观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care on cancer outpatients treated by Interleukin-2

目的观察白细胞介素-2在门诊肿瘤患者中的应用。方法对136例肿瘤患者应用白细胞介素-2辅助治疗反应进行观察分析,实施相应的护理措施如心理护理,用药不良反应观察和护理,饮食护理。结果用药后不良反应经对症处理后均能耐受,能坚持治疗到疗程结束,全组患者心、肝、肺功能未受到明显影响。结论认为门诊应用白细胞介素-2治疗肿瘤患者疗效好,不良反应较小,操作方便,安全简单,适合于基层医院开展,可有效提高肿瘤患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore interleukin-2 application in cancer outpatients.Method Clinical observation on 136 tumor outpatients with interleukin-2 treated,while the routine nursing cares were used,such as psychological nursing,ADR observation nursing,and diet nursing care.Results Interleukin-2 could be used as its therapy plan after cure of ADR.There is no change to heart,liver and lung function in patients.Conclusion Interleukin-2 can be used widely in basic hospitals for tumor patients,because of high-efficacy,less-adverse action,convenient operation,safety and simple,which can effectively improve the quality of life in cancer patients.
