稳心颗粒治疗蒽环类抗肿瘤药物诱发的心律失常的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of' Wenxin Keli' on the arrhythmia induced by anthracycline antineoplastic drugs

目的采用稳心颗粒对因服用蒽环类抗肿瘤药物而诱发心律失常的肿瘤患者进行治疗,观察并分析其临床效果。方法抽取90例于2006年8月至2010年8月入我院就诊,且因蒽环类抗肿瘤药物而诱发心律失常的患者,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组45例,A组患者化疗同时给予胺碘酮进行治疗;B组患者化疗同时给予稳心颗粒进行治疗,治疗60天后对两组患者的临床疗效、复发率、不良反应的发生率、心肌损伤情况进行比较分析。结果 B组患者治疗总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05),复发率显著低于A组(P<0.05),并发各种心律失常的发生率均显著低于A组(P<0.05),心肌损伤的发生率亦显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒对蒽环类抗肿瘤药物诱发的心律失常较胺碘酮具有更好的疗效,值得进一步的研究和应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect o＇f Wenxin Keli＇ on the arrhythmia induced by anthracycline antineoplastic drugs.Method 90 patients administrated in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2010 were chosen,all the patients were diagnosed with arrhythmia induced by anthracycline antineoplastic drugs and randomly divided into A,B group,45 patients in each group,patients in A group were treated by amiodarone and patients in B group were treated by＇ Wenxin Keli＇,the clinical therapeutic effect,recurrence rate,incidences of adverse reactions and myocardial injury were observed and analyzed in 60 days.Results The total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group（P0.05）,the recurrence rate,incidence of concurrent arrhythmia and myocardial injury were all lower than those of A group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect o＇f Wenxin Keli＇ was better than amiodarone on the arrhythmia induced by anthracycline antineoplastic drugs,it was worth further clinical research and application.
