肺癌术后肠内营养与胃肠外营养对患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察肺癌术后肠内营养与胃肠外营养支持治疗对患者细胞免疫以及体液免疫功能的影响。方法收集我科收治的肺癌术后患者120例,并随机分为两组:肠内营养组(60例)以及胃肠外营养组(60例)。分别收集患者术前、手术后1天、7天血液样本,比较两组患者淋巴细胞亚群以及免疫球蛋白水平。结果术后1天与术前比较,两组患者CD3、CD4、CD8以及NK细胞均呈现显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7天与术后1天比较,肠内营养组CD3、CE4、CD8、NK细胞以及CD19细胞均呈现升高,CD4/CD8比值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肠内营养组IgA、IgM、IgG以及C3表达水平在术后第7天呈现显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养治疗对于肺癌术后患者的免疫功能的恢复可以发挥积极的功效。 Objective To compare the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on immune function of patients for postoperative NSCLC.Method 120 lung cancer patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups:enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group.The blood samples were collected from all patients pre-operatively,1st and 7st postoperatively,then detect the fluctuation of lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins.Results The percent of CD3,CD4,CD8,NK cells of the both groups were decreased on the 1st day postoperatively.The percent of CD3,CD4,CD8,NK cells and CD4/CD8 ratio of the enteral nutrition group on the 7st day postoperatively wrer increased significantly which comparing with those of on the 1st day postoperatively(P0.05).The expression level of IgA,IgM,IgG,C3 were increased significantly comparing with those of on the 1st day postoperatively(P0.05).Conclusion The enteral nutrition support treatment plays an important role in the immunal recovery of the patients with lung cancer.
