喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效观察

目的：探讨小儿手足口病的临床特点以及采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年1月-2010年1月在我院儿科门诊就诊的患儿30例进行回顾性分析。将患儿按照就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各15例，观察组：给予喜炎平注射液（江西青峰药业有限公司生产，批号Z20026249，规格50mg／支）5mg／（kg·d），用5％葡萄糖注射液100mL稀释后静滴，利巴韦林静滴利巴韦林10～15mg／（kg·d）加入5％葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注，配合炉甘石搽患处；对照组：利巴韦林静滴利巴韦林10—15mg／（kg·a）加入5％葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注，配合炉甘石搽患处，两组合并细菌感染者给予抗生素治疗，3天后观察皮疹消退时间，热退时间，咽痛消失时间以及痊愈时间。结果：观察组患儿经过中西医综合治疗后，在热退时间，咽痛消失时间，皮疹消退时间，好转天数以及临床疗效方面均优于对照组，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：小儿手足口病的治疗，结合儿童的生理特点，采用中西结合的方法能够取得良好的临床疗效，减少治疗时间，改善患儿预后。

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with hand foot and mouth disease and the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect. Results： the observation group children through integrated treatment of TCM and Western medicine after the fever, sore throat, lost time, rash subsided time, better days and clinical curative effect were better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： children hand-foot-mouth disease treatment, combined with the physiological characteristics of children, using a combination of Chinese and Western method can obtain good clinical curative effect, reduce treatment time, improve the prognosis of neonates with.
