小儿伸直尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折非手术治疗浅议

目的：提供有效的治疗方法预防小儿肱骨髁上骨折并发症的发生。方法：采用手法整复，屈肘90°、前臂旋后900和外展15°-25°位长臂石膏托矫形固定治疗小儿伸直尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折120例，必要时配合闭式穿针内固定8例。结果：经6个月～3年随访观察，115例外形和功能完全恢复正常，占95．83％，5例发生不同程度肘内翻畸形，占4．17％，未发生其他并发症。结论：该方法可预防肘内翻、缺血性肌挛缩和肘关节伸屈功能受限等并发症发生，是治疗小儿伸直尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折的理想方法，值得临床推广。

to provide effective treatment and prevention of pediatric supracondylar humerus fracture complications. Methods： Manipulation, elbow 90 °, forearm supination of 90° and outreach 15 o to 25° long arm plaster care of orthopedic fixation for the treatment of children with straight foot partial humeral fractures in 120 cases, if necessary, with closed fixed eight cases of type needle. Results： After 6 months to 3 years of follow-up, 115 exceptional form and function fully restored to normal, accounting for 95.83 percent, five cases of varying degrees of cubitus varus deformity, accounting for 4.17%, no other complications. Conclusion： This method can prevent eubitus varus isehemic contracture and elbow flexion and extension of the occurrence of functional limitations and other complications, treatment of children with straight ulnar humeral fracture, and worthy of promotion.
