阐述制盐蒸发器的技术关键及解决措施 ,针对切向进料结晶蒸发器的弊病提出改进 ,采用轴向正中进料和反循环操作。中国成达化学工程公司反循环蒸发器发明专利已授权 ,并已工业化。
This paper describes the technical bottleneck and countermeasures for salt evaporator and based on the shortcomings of tangential feeding crystallizing evaporator, recommends that using axial feeding and counter circulating operation. The invention patent for counter-circulating evaporator of Chengda Chemical Engineering Corporation is already authorized and commercialized.
