安疹汤治疗手足口病临床研究

目的：观察中药安疹汤（AnZhen Decoction，AZD）治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效。方法：将94例手足口病病人随机分为治疗组54例和对照组40例，对照组采用静点利巴韦林，及西药退热等方法治疗，治疗组采安疹汤（AZD）口服治疗，治疗6天后，观察患儿主要症状改善情况、及综合疗效，并进行统计学处理。结果：治疗组主要症状改善情况及综合疗效均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）结论：安疹汤（AzD）治疗小儿手足口病疗效优于利巴韦林静点。

Objective：TO observe the effects ofAnzhen Decoction （AZD） treating children with hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD）.Methods ： 94 cakes were randomly divided into treatment group （n=54） and control group （n=40）. The control group were treated with intravenous ribavirin.Treatment group were treated with oral （AZD）, All patients give antipyretic treatment when necessary. After six days of treatment, to observe the overall efficacy and the condition of main symptoms. Results： Treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：（AZD） treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease more effective than ribavirin.
