症状性颈内动脉闭塞的血管内支架成形手术

摘要 颈内动脉狭窄的血管内支架成形治疗已有较多的研究。并取得了相当满意的治疗效果。而颈内动脉闭塞的血管内支架再通治疗的文献则较少而争议较多，2010．7～2011．5我们尝试对6例症状性脑动脉脉闭塞患者进行血管内支架成形治疗，5例患者颈内动脉均得以重建，患者原有神经功能障碍亦有较明显恢复，无相关并发症。现结合相关文献报告如下。
