摘要
以错流移动床百叶窗栅板型气体分布器为考察对象 ,以散料力学的基本理论为分析依据 ,对栅板上颗粒物料的外漏和内移现象进行了分析 ,建立了描述其发生临界条件的理论判据 ,计算表明与前人的实验结果相符较好。百叶窗气体分布器栅板结构设计的三参数 (倾角 θ,间距 d4 ,长度 d3)应满足如下条件 :θ≥ π2 - i2 + w2 -cos- 1sinwsini2 , d4 /d3<( tgi+ tgθ)
Based on basic mechanics theory of particle media,two possibilities including particle leaking from louver plate and particle stopping on louver plate were analyzed;and the design criteria for louver plate were established,which agree well with the experimental results.Three factors of louver plate such as its length( d 3),distance ( d 4) and angle from the horizon (θ) could be determined as followed:θ≥π2-φ i 2+φ w 2- cos -1 sin φ w sin φ i 2, d 4d 3<( tg φ i + tg θ) cos θ[HT7”SS] [WT5HZ]tangular cross-
