血液库存预警体系的建立与应用

目的建立及应用有效的血液库存预警体系，确保临床用血，减少血液过期报废。方法统计分析2009年至2010年全市血液的发放量及各大临床用血单位血液使用量，建立涵盖血液库存系统及血液预警系统的血液预警体系。结果通过血液预警系体系的建立，并应用于实际工作中，当出现血液库存预警时，根据确血液库存预警的级别，启动预警系统，采取相应措施，确保稳定的血液库存和及时充足的血液供给。结论血液库存预警体系的建立，对于保障临床用血的需要，最大限度减少血液过期报废，促进医疗事业工作的发展具有积极的作用。
