摘要
对吉玛聚酯装置工艺分离塔的操作工艺进行了模拟计算分析 ,采用导向浮阀塔板对该塔的内构件进行了改造。经实际操作考核 ,改造后的工艺塔处理量较原工况提高 3 0 % ,塔顶乙二醇含量由 0 8%~ 1%降至 0 3 %左右。
The simulation calculations and analysis was made for operation technology of separation column in Zimmer polyester plant. The inner structure were reformed by directed float valve tray. By actually operating test, the column capacity after reforming is increased more 30% than original technology conditions,but the concentration of EG is decreased from 0.8 %~1 % to 0.3 %.
