The organization production under different form of production (two oxidizers,one crystallization line, a small and a big air compressor-240 t/d;two oxidizers,one crystallization line, two big air compressor—280 t/d; three oxidizers ,one crystallization line, two big air compressors—380 t/d)was discussed in this paper. By optimizing the oxidation reaction, the DMT unit was operated in the most economical condition, the consumption of PX was cut dowm, and the schedule aim(the consumption of PX at 0.625 t/tDMT)was achieved.
