简述钢结构住宅的建筑特点。火灾是钢结构建筑主要的安全隐患,提出包敷法和喷涂法是钢结构防火最普遍的解决措施,以及如何确定钢结构的耐火等级,并以工程实例说明GF防火板对钢结构防火的重要作用及施工工艺。
