摘要
在编制河北省建筑节能"十二五"规划的背景下,对"十一五"时期建筑节能取得的成绩进行了回顾,总结了经验及形势。指出在"十二五"期间立足全局和长远的建筑节能发展目标、重点任务和对策建议。
Under the background of the compilation of＂the 12th five-year development plan for the building energy conservation＂,this paper reviews the achievements of the building energy conservation during＂the 11th five-year plan＂period,summarizes the experience,and analyzes the situation.The paper put forward the future target、work priorities and the strategy,which would be implemented actively during＂the 12th five-year plan＂.
