摘要
阐述了工程量清单计价模式下,针对生物安全实验室工程的特点,结合施工企业自身的实际情况,如何有针对性地进行投标决策,运用投标策略,控制工程造价,在合理的情况下中标。
Under the mode of bill of quantities,this paper is aim to find out how to pertinently make bid decisions and apply tactics against the features of bio-safety laboratory projects based on the construction enterprise＇s real conditions to control the project cost,in order to get the bid in a rational way.
