摘要
根据普通高校体育教育的要求,结合网球教学的特点,网球特殊场地的使用方法,提高场地使用效率,利用循环训练法促进对网球基本技术的掌握和提高,促进学生能更好、更快地掌握网球的基本技术和练习方法.
Accorded to college physical education requirements,combined with the characteristics of teaching tennis and the method of using special venues to improve the space efficiency,the tennis circuit training method is presented.Its purpose is to promote and improve the basic grasp of the technology,and to promote students,basic tennis skills and practice methods.
