白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical curative effect of the Montelukast Soudium on the allergic rhinitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法运用随机数字表法将186例过敏性鼻炎患者分为对照组和观察组各93例,治疗组应用孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组单用氯雷他定治疗,疗程4周。结果治疗组总有效率为84.95%,显著高于对照组68.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎,疗效优于氯雷他定组,值得临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the Montelukast Soudium on the allergic rhinitis. Methods 186 cases which treatment of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was administered orally with MontelukastSoudium and loratadine, the control group was given with loratadine. Treatment continued for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.95%, significantly higher than those in the control group 68.81%（P 〈 0.05）; The difference of adverse reaction rate in two groups had no actually statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion In rcatment of allergic rhinitis,the MontelukastSoudium and loratadine in conjunction, the treatment effect is better ,which is worth widely used.
