摘要
目的探讨依那普利联合不同药物治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗效果。方法选择笔者所在医院收治的82例慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组采用口服依那普利联合静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液进行治疗;对照组采用口服依那普利联合静脉滴注阿魏酸钠注射液进行治疗。结果观察组的总有效率和显效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合灯盏细辛注射液在治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效方面明显优于依那普利联合阿魏酸钠注射液,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of enalapril combined with different drugs in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 82 cases of chronic glomerular nephritis were divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with oral administration of enalapril combined with intravenous injection of Erigeron breviscapus injection for treatment;the control group with oral administration of enalapril combined with intravenous infusion of sodium ferulate injection. Results The total efficiency and effective rate of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with Fleabane injection in the treatment of chronic glomerular nephritis were better than those of enalapril combined with sodium ferulate injection,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
