中枢性协调障碍患儿医院感染相关因素分析

Investigation on hospital infection relevant factors of central coordination disorder children

目的探讨中枢性协调障碍住院患儿医院感染的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年12月中枢性协调障碍患儿住院1263例的临床资料。结果 1263例患儿共220例发生医院感染,感染率17.42%,感染部位以上呼吸道感染为主,占72.61%;分析显示年龄、微量元素缺乏、住院时间、房间条件、家长对健康宣教依从性为医院感染相关危险因素。结论中枢性协调障碍患儿医院感染与年龄、住院时间、微量元素缺乏、家长对健康宣教依从性、住院条件有关,应针对院感因素加强防治。

Objective To investigate hospital infection relevant factors of central coordination disorder children. Methods A retrospective analysis of central coordination disorder children in hospital 1263 cases of clinical data that from January 2008 to December 2010. Results 1263 cases of children with a total 220 cases of nosocomial infection, infection rate of 17.42%,the site of infection upper respiratory tract infection, accounting for 72.61%; analysis showed that age,microelement deficiencies, length of stay, room conditions, parents health education compliance for hospital infection- related risk factors. Conclusion Age,perinatal illness,hospitalization time,trace elements and parents on health education compliance, hospital conditions are the main risk factors of the central coordination disorder in children with nosocomial infection,and factors that should be strengthened for hospital infection control.
