At present,in continuous extrusion processing of micro cellular plastics,the two pressure drop cell nucleation apparatus of the nozzle and gear pump are used. In this paper, the two pressure drop cell nucleation apparatus are compared from the three aspects of micro cellular structure,process capability and cost of manufacture.
