通心络胶囊对老年脑梗死恢复期患者ADL及神经功能缺损评分的影响

The impact of Tongxinluo capsule on activities daily living and neurological deficit score of cerebral infarction in elderly patients recovering

目的探讨通心络胶囊对老年脑梗死恢复期患者日常生活活动能力及神经功能缺损的影响。方法选取2007年1月～2010年12月的76例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用通心络胶囊)各38例,比较两组患者的疗效及日常生活活动能力及神经功能缺损评分的变化情况。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,观察组神经功能缺损评分降低程度较对照组更明显,且观察组日常生活活动能力指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊应用于老年脑梗死恢复期患者具有较好的临床疗效,能够降低神经功能缺损评分,提高其日常生活活动能力,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate Tongxinluo capsule＇s treatment effect to activities of daily living and neurological impairment during cerebral infarction recovery in elderly patients. Methods All of 76 cases senile cerebral infarction pa tients in this study from JAN 2007 to DEC 2010 were randomly divided into control group （conventional treatment group） and the observation group （plus Tongxinluo capsule） each group of 38 cases, the efficacy and activities of daily living and neurological deficit score changes were compared between two groups. Results The observation group＇s significantly better than the control group, the observation group to reduce the degree of neurological deficit score was significantly better than the control group, and observation group activities of daily living index was significantly higher, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in elderly patients recovering from stroke has good clinical efficacy, and can re- duce the neurological deficit score,to improve their activities of daily living, worthy of promotion and application.
