瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

The efficacy of Repaglinide and Metformin treatment 2 type diabetes

目的观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法将确诊的80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为联合组和对照组各40例,对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,联合组同时联用瑞格列奈治疗,应用统计学方法比较两组治疗前后的疗效及空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖的变化情况。结果联合组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组和对照组患者治疗6周后FBG、2 hPG均较治疗前明显降低,且联合组降低程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效优于单独应用二甲双胍的疗效。

Objective To observe Repaglinide combined with Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods All of 80 diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomized to the combination group and control group of 40 patients,and the control group received metformin therapy, the combination group at the same time combined with repaglinide treatment, the efficacy and fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose changes were compared by application of statistical methods. Results The efficacy of the combination group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment 6 weeks, the level of FBG,2 hPG of combination group and control group was significantly lower than those before treatment, and reduce the level of the observation group was more significantly than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Repaglinide and Metformin is more effective for treatment type 2 diabetes, and is superior to the efficacy of metformin alone.
