摘要
目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在脑部疾病中的应用价值。方法收集139例颅脑疾病患者,采用1.5T MR扫描仪行常规MR及SWI扫描,部分行颅脑MR增强、MRA检查。结果 SWI能显示腔隙性脑梗死伴脑内多发微小出血灶;对大面积脑梗死患者早期多发小出血灶显示优于常规扫描;对轻型颅脑外伤伴微出血灶及少量蛛网膜下腔出血的显示优于其他扫描;静脉血管畸形中显示常规序列无法显示的异常静脉;发现更多小的海绵状血管瘤;显示肿瘤内部的出血及异常静脉血管结构;SWI对帕金森病的诊断提供更多帮助。结论 SWI对脑出血、血液代谢物及静脉结构较常规序列更敏感,它能够比常规扫描提供更多的信息,在某种程度上大大补充了传统MR的不足,对颅脑疾病的诊断及指导临床治疗有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in brain diseases. Methods Totally 139 patients with brain diseases were performed with both SWI and conventional MRI sequences at 1.ST MR sacn-her, and enhanced T1WI,MRA were underwent to portion. Results SWI could better display lacunar cerebral infarction associated with cerebral micro-hemorrhages.SWI could make a sensitive assessment post-infarct cerebral hemorrhage.it showed clearly small abnormal intracerebral hemorrhages in the patients with mild traumatic brain injury.In all venous angioma eases,abnormal veins were shown well on SWI.SWI could identify more small cavernous hemangiomas.SWI was useful in detecting intratumoral hemorrhage and abnormal venlus vasculature.SWI could provide more information for the diagnosis of PD.Conclusion SWI is very sensitive to :low-flow vaseusar malformation,small venous structures,multiple small bleeding and calcium deposition of iron. It can provide more information than conventional sequences.As an important supplement to conventional MRI, it has predominant value in diagnosis and treatment to patients in brain diseases.
