摘要
目的提高飞秒激光制作角膜瓣中的速度和精度。方法对飞秒激光制瓣中,在锥镜连接、压平、掀瓣等方面进行优化和改良,与传统飞秒激光制瓣进行比较。结果传统飞秒激光制瓣时间为(10.68±2.21)min,改良飞秒激光制瓣时间为(2.87±1.16)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。瓣的成形更完美。结论通过对飞秒激光制作角膜瓣的各个步骤进行优化改良,可以大大提高LASIK手术中制瓣速度和瓣的质量。
Objective To improve speed and accuracy of femtosecond laser corneal flap. Methods We optimized and improved for conic mirror connection, Pressing, lifting flap in during femtosecond laser corneal flap. It were compared with traditional femtosecond laser corneal flap. Results Traditional femtosecond laser flap spend (10.68±2.21) minutes, But Improvement of femtosecond laser flap spend (2.87±1.16) minutes. Statistica ware had significant diffirence (P 〈 0.01). Corneal flap ware more perfect. Conclusion Through to optimizing and improving femtosecond laser corneal flap can greatly improved the speed of making corneal flap and quality of corneal flap.
