咪达唑仑联合丙泊酚用于人工流产术的疗效观察

Study of 70 cases of patients with artificial abortion about the use of midazolam combined with propofol

目的评价咪达唑仑联合丙泊酚用于人工流产术的疗效。方法 140例行人工流产术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用枸橼酸芬太尼、丙泊酚;观察组在此基础上加用咪达唑仑。结果观察组丙泊酚的诱导量及总用量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组收缩压、舒张压及血氧饱和度等术中生命体征优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论枸橼酸芬太尼、丙泊酚联合咪达唑仑用于人工流产术是一种可靠的麻醉方法。

Objective To explore the effects of the patients with surgical abortion that the use of midazolam combined with propofol. Methods All of 140 cases of abortion patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group： propofol and fentanyl citrate. The observation group： midazolam joint propofol and fentanyl citrate. Results Volume of propofol induction and the total amount of the observation group was less than the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Intraoperative vital signs that systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the observation group was better than the control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect is good that the patients with surgical abortion use of midazolam combined with propofol.
