小儿发热原因分析

Analysis of causes of fever in children

目的探讨患儿发热原因,为患儿预防和治疗提供临床资料。方法选取2009年1～12月在我院儿科住院治疗的发热患儿80例,对患儿发热原因进行分析。结果患儿发热原因中,呼吸道感染26例(32.50%),结核5例(6.25%),肺炎12例(15.0%),腹泻25例(31.25%),麻疹4例(5.0%),流脑3例(4.75%),白血病1例(1.25%),其他4例(5.0%),以呼吸道感染、腹泻、肺炎最常见。结论儿科住院收治发热患儿应对患儿发热原因进行相应的诊治和护理,提高诊疗效果。

Objective To investigate the causes of fever in children and provide clinical data for the prevention and treatment. Methods Eighty children with fever hospitalized in the pediatric department of our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 were selected to analyze the causes of fever in children. Results Among the causes of fever in children, respiratory tract infection was found in 26 children （32.50%）, tuberculosis in 5 children （6.25%）, pneumonia in 12 children （15.0%）, diarrhea in 25 children （31.25%）, measles in 4 children （5.0%）, flow brain in 3 children （4.75%）, leukemia in 1 child （1.25%） and others in 4 children （5.0%）, with the respiratory infections, diarrhea and pneumonia as the most common causes. Conclusion For children with fever hospitalized in the pediatric department, relevant treatment and nursing should be given based on the cause of fever in order to improve curative effects.
