思密达联合诺氟沙星外敷治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

Efficacy of montmorillonite powder combined norfloxacin in topical treatment of cervical erosion

目的探讨思密达联合诺氟沙星外敷治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法选取186例确诊为宫颈糜烂的患者,依入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各93例,观察组应用思密达联合诺氟沙星外敷进行治疗,对照组应用微波治疗。观察两组治疗的效果及不良反应。结果观察组与对照组治疗后的总有效率差异无统计学意义,观察组不同分型患者疗效差异无统计学意义。但是观察组治疗后的阴道出血量明显少于对照组,观察组治疗后的出血时间明显短于对照组。结论思密达联合诺氟沙星外敷治疗宫颈糜烂疗效明显,且副作用小,临床治疗中可以应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of montmorillonite powder combined norfloxacin in topical treatment of cervical erosion,for accumulating clinical experience and directing clinical treatment.Methods All 186 patients with cervical erosion were selected and assigned into two groups according order of admission with 93 cases in each.The control group was treated by microwave,and the observation group was topically treated by montmorillonite powder and norfloxacin.The efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rates of two groups and different subtypes of observation group were all not statistically significant.However,vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than in the control group,and the bleeding time in the observation group was significantly shorter than in the control group.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined norfloxacin in topical treatment of cervical erosion has good efficacy and mild side effects,can be applied in the clinical treatment.
