摘要 目的探讨CT脑血管成像(CTA)检查在脑动脉瘤初步筛选中的价值及临床意义。方法对32例疑似动脉瘤患者进行CTA检查,所得数据结果进行图像处理工作站重建,得到MIP、MPR和VR等重组图像进行分析诊断,并对检查结果与数字减影血管造影(DSA)或术后结果比较。结果 CTA检查诊断32例患者患有动脉瘤37个,20例经DSA或手术证实,术中发现1例较小动脉瘤术前CTA检查漏诊,诊断符合率95.65%;对20例DSA或手术证实的动脉瘤大小与CTA检查比较,瘤体长轴、瘤体短轴、瘤颈宽度之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTA检查安全、无创,显影清晰,能明确诊断脑动脉瘤,临床可作为脑动脉瘤疑似患者的首选检查方法。 Objective To investigate cerebral CT angiography examination value and clinical significance in the cerebral aneurysms initial screening.Methods Conducted CTA examination for 32 cases of suspected aneurysms patients.The obtained data was rebuilt in the image processing workstation and the MIP,MPR,VR images and other rebuilt images were analyzed and diagnozed.The examination results were compared with the DSA or operation results.Results In the 32 patients,37 aneurysms were diagnosed with CTA examination,of which the 20 cases were confirmed with DSA or operation.In the operation,1 small aneurysms was found which was missed by DSA examination,with the diagnosis rate of 95.65%.From the comparison of 20 cases DSA or operation check and CTA examination,there was no statistical significance among the long axis of the tumor,short axis of tumor and the neck width(P〈0.05).Conclusion It is safe,non-invasive,imaging clear for us to use CTA examination.It can clearly diagnose the cerebral aneurysms,is the top method in the cerebral aneurysms suspected clinical.
