血清胱抑素C水平与糖尿病心肌病的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测血清胱抑素C水平,探讨其与糖尿病心肌病的相关性。方法将糖尿病心肌病患者分为两组各30例,分别为糖尿病心肌病患者与亚临床糖尿病心肌病患者。两组均进行CysC、肌钙蛋白I浓度及超声心电图检查。另设立正常的健康对照组30例。仅进行CysC、肌钙蛋白I浓度检测。结果糖尿病心肌病患者的血清胱抑素C明显高于对照组,其肌钙蛋白I浓度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清胱抑素C水平作为糖尿病心肌病诊治的独立因子,具有较大的临床价值,值得在临床应用。 Objective Testing serum cystatin C level to explore its relevance to diabetic cardiomyopathy.Methods Divided the patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy into two groups with 30 in each;one consists of patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy,another of patients with sub-clinical diabetic cardiomyopathy.Both groups were tested CysC,troponin I concentration and ultrasound ECG.Additionally set up a control group of 30 normal healthy persons,which was tested CysC,troponin I concentration.Results Patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy were tested significantly higher serum cystatin C and Troponin I than those in the control group,the two groups showed significant difference(P〈0.05),which was statistically important.Conclusion As an independent factor for diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy,serum cystatin C level possessed greater clinical value and is worthwhile of clinical application.
