SAFETY ESTIMATION FOR MAIN BOLTS OF SYNTHETIC AMMONIA REACTOR AFTER BEING LOCAL DAMAGED

对氨合成塔的主螺栓的损坏情况作了强度校核 ,有限元分析和安全性评定 ,提出可以继续承载的依据和运行中需注意的问题。

Strength calculation, finite element analysis and safety estimation were done for the main bolts of the synthetic ammonia reactor after being local damaged. The results showed that load bearing capacity of bolts may be the same as before. But be pay attention to the equipment in the operation.
