摘要
应用XRD、TPR和催化活性评价手段,考察了CH_4与CO_2重整制合成气的负载型Ni催化剂的阈值效应.实验结果表明,在反应温度为750℃和空速为2 500 h^(-1),NiO载量为14.0%NiO/γ-Al_2_O3(相当于0.163 g NiO/gγy-Al_2O_3或0.077 g NiO/100m~2γ-Al_2O_3)催化剂具有最佳的催化性能,NiO在γ-Al_2O_3表面上分散阈值为0.238 g NiO/gγ-Al_2O_3(相当于0.112 g NiO/100m~2γ-Al_2O_3),能明显体现负载型Ni催化剂在重整反应中的阈值效应.
Using XRD,TPR and catalytic performance evaluation, the effect of threshold value of supported nickel catalysts for CO_2 -re- forming of CH_4 to syngas was studied. The experiments results showed that the most optimal NiO content of supported - Ni catalysts was abet 14. 0% (equivalent to 0. 163 g NiO/g γ - Al_2O-3 or 0.077 NiO/100m^2 γ- Al_2O_3 )when reaction temperatare was 750℃ and space velocity was 2500h-1, the dispersion threshold value of NiO on the γ - Al_2O_3 sulface was 0. 238 g NiO/g γ-Al_2O_3 (equivalent to 0. 112g NiO/100m^2γ- Al_2O_3 ).
