摘要
本文简要介绍了江苏省地层、岩浆岩及岩浆作用,变质岩及变质作用,地质构造及演化历史的一些基本特征。扼要的叙述了地层层序、沉积建造,古生物及同位素等时代依据;岩浆岩类型与岩浆活动规律;主要褶皱及断裂构造;构造旋回与构造层以及构造单元的划分等。
This paper briefly introduces some basic characterictics of the stratigraphy, magmatic rocks and magmatism, metamorphic rocks and metamorphism, geological structure and evolutionary history in the Jiangsu region, and describes the stratigraphic sequence, sedimentary formations, paleontology and isotopic ages; types of magmatic rocks and regularities of magmatic activity; major fold and fault structures; tectonic cycles and tectonic layers as well as tectonic units and general regularities of tectonic evolution.
