摘要
采用新型活化工艺 (掺活化剂的湿磨 ) ,以各种沸石代替硅藻土 ,制备硅钙材料 .不仅扩大了硅质原料的来源 ,显著降低成本 ,提高生产效率 ,更重要的是显著提高了制品性能 ,即托勃莫来石量增加 ,结晶更充分 ,物相更均匀 ,微孔更细化 ) .采用静态、半动态、动态工艺 ,可分别制造出表观密度 <1 80kg/m3的优质制品、表观密度<1 60kg/m3的超轻制品和抗压强度为 6.9MPa、抗折强度为2 .8MPa的高强制品 .本工作研究活化剂和工艺参数的优选 ,探讨新型活化工艺机理 ,并列出各种制品性能对比的实验结果 .
With an activation technique (wet griding with activator), advanced calcium silicate materials are made from zeolites instead of diatomite. Not only the resource of silicate raw materials will be largely extended, the cost may be much reduced, and the production efficiency can be remarkably increased, yet more important, the product properties will be obviously improved. With static, semi_dynamic and dynamic gelatinization, a product with a apparent density<180 kg/m3, an ultra_lightweight product with a apparent density<~160 kg/m3, and a high strength product with a compressive strength of ~6.79 MPa and a flexural strength of 2.8 MPa, can be obtained respectively. In this paper, the optimization of activator and process parameters is described, the mechanism of the activation technique is discussed, and the comparison results of the products mentioned above are listed.
