磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床疗效观察

The Clinic Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for Lnjection on Pedo-viral Myocarditis

目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法:将136例病毒性心肌炎的患儿随机分为治疗组74例及对照组62例,治疗组采用磷酸肌酸钠及能量合剂,对照组采用能量和剂。结果:治疗组在缓解临床症状,减少早搏,降低心肌酶等方面优于对照组。结论:磷酸肌酸治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎有明显疗效,值得临床应用。

Objective：To investigate the curaive effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for lnjection on pedo-viral myocarditis.Methods：74 patients in the treatment group therapeutic alliance with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for lnjection and conventional therapy,and 62 patients in the control group only treat with conventional therapy.Results： Creatine Phosphate Sodium for lnjection can enhance the effective power,decrease the myo-creatase and improve the clinical symptom.Conclusions： The adjunctive therapy with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for lnjection to pedo-viral myocarditis curative effect is manifest,and can be applied in clinic widely.
