锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效分析

A Comparison Study on the Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2008年2月~2010年8月于我科进行治疗的192例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,将其分为实验组（锁定钢板内固定组）96例和观察组（传统双钢板内固定组）96例,后将两组患者骨折愈合时间、随访6个月的膝关节功能情况进行统计及比较。结果：实验组患者骨折愈合时间、随访6个月的膝关节功能情况明显优于观察组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床效果好,固定稳定牢靠,骨折愈合时间短,能够进行早期功能锻炼,关节功能较好。

Objective：To compare the treatment of the complex tibial plateau fractures using a locking plate and two conventional plates.Methods：From Federacy 2008 to Augest 2010,192 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into group A（n=96） and B（n=96）.In group A,the fracture was fixed using a locking plate.In group B,the fracture was fixed using two conventional plates.At final follow-up of 6 months,the time of bone union and the function of the knee were recorded and analyzed.Results：The time of bone union and the function of the knee of group A were apparently superior to those of group B.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： In the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,the locking plate can provided more rigid fixation,which results in a shorter time of bone union.The fixation allows early joint motion,which results in a good knee function.
