普钙厂技术改造的可靠途径

A Reliable Way for Technical Renovation of Single Superphosphate Plants

针对国内普钙及钙镁磷肥生产企业生产技术水平和经济效益不高的现状 ,从化肥发展趋势、产品结构调整、满足农业生产所需、提高效益出发 ,上海化工研究院研究开发了多项适合现有化肥生产厂进行技术改造的成套技术 ,并在生产厂推广应用。这些技术具有投资省、工艺先进、效益佳、无三废污染等特点 ,有些成果已达到国际先进水平。

In the light of the present status of low level of production technology and economic benefit in domestic single superphosphate and fused calcium magnesium phosphate production enterprises and from the viewpoint of the trend of development of chemical fertilizers, the readjustment of product variety, the satisfaction to the needs of agricultural production and the improvement on benefit, Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry has developed several complete technologies applicable to the existing chemical fertilizer production plants for technical renovation and promoted the use of these technologies in production plants. These technologies has the features of low investment, advanced process, good benefit, and no waste pollution. Some achievements have reached the advanced international level.
