双氧水生产污水的处理

Treatment of Waste Water from the Production of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution

蒽醌法生产双氧水装置、生产中排出的污水CODcr为5000～7000mg/L ,并呈浅橙色。在加入硫酸亚铁的条件下 ,采用双氧水氧化 ,加入石灰乳和絮凝剂处理 ,可使排水的CODcr和色度符合排放标准。

The CODcramount in the waste water from the production of hydrogen peroxide solution by anthraquinone process is 5 000～7 000 mg/L and the waste water is light orange.Under the condition of adding in ferrous sulfate,through the treatment using hydrogen peroxide solution for oxidation and adding in lime milk and coagulant,the CODCr content and the color of the effluent water can meet the standard.
