鲁家峙岛文化产业创意园区发展中遇到了产业选择不明确、产业集聚力不强等问题,通过运用SWOT矩阵分析,选择合适的发展战略和路径,并对产业选择和产业集聚等方面提出相应对策。
In the development of cultural creative industry park of Lu Jiazhi Island,it encountered in not clear industry choice,not strong industry cluster strength and other issues.Through the application of SWOT matrix analysis,it chooses the appropriate development strategies and paths and proposes appropriate countermeasures in industries selection and industrial clusters and other aspects.
