企业在追求规模倍增甚至业务能力几何级数增长之时,通常会考虑所谓标准化的流程建设,试图找到一个快速复制的工具,然而这一过程中,但成功的却不多。本文重点讨论管理领域,尤其是组织管理领域的几个想法以及思考。

When the enterprises pursue doubled size of operational capabilities,they also well consider the so-called standardized process construction,and try to find a quick copy tool,but in this process,the success is not much.This article focuses on the areas of management,and in particular several ideas and thinking on organization management field.
