摘要
影响房地产企业投资决策的风险因素很多,哪一种风险因素控制或处理不好,都会对整个房地产投资项目产生巨大的损失,本文以北京市某项目为例,运用市场调查法,指出该项目在投资决策中存在的主要风险,并就存在的风险提出有针对性的解决措施。
The risk of real estate investment decision affected by many factors.If some factors are not controlled or handled properly,the entire real estate investment projects would encounter a huge loss.Taking a project in Beijing as an example,the main risks of real estate investment decisionmaking are studied using market research method,at the same time,the specific solutions for the risk prevention are proposed.
