摘要
针对现有太阳能热水器在使用过程中出现的问题,研究开发一种智能节水控温系统,该系统主要解决太阳能热水器混水阀出水温度忽冷忽热以及在洗澡前必须把热水管中的冷水放出才能沐浴造成水资源浪费这两个问题。系统主要由数据采集模块、恒温混水阀、电磁阀、储水箱、控制器等组成。文章主要介绍了这种系统的总体设计、工作原理。
In order to solve the problems appearing in the process of using solar energy water heater,we now devote ourselves to studying to develop a automatically saving water temperature controlling system,which mainly resolves the problem that the solar energy water heater mixes water valve out,making temperature cold,and that before bath the user has to make the cold water in the pipe of hot water out which causes a waste of water resources.The system mainly consists of the data acquisition module,the constant temperature mix water valve,electromagnetic valve,tank,and the controller etc.This article mainly introduced the overall design and working principles.
