摘要
本文主要运用文献资料法、调查法、实地观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析等方法对体育院系形体训练课程内容体系的构建和实践进行研究,结果表明:体育院系形体训练教学内容依据五大原则进行选择组织设计的,分为理论部分、技术部分和能力培养部分,各部分紧密结合。
By the methods of literature,investigation,observation and statistics,the paper has researched on construction and practice of physique training content system of department of P.E.The conclusions are following：according to five principles,the the content is divided into three parts of theory,technique and ability education.They are compacted.
