摘要
高校二级学院科研秘书是学校科研管理部门和二级学院科研人员连接的纽带。随着科研工作的重要性加强,科研秘书的工作直接影响到科研管理工作的质量,本文结合二级学院科研秘书的主要工作,试析科研秘书应具备的基本素质及专业技术能力。
A scientific research secretary in secondary colleges serves as a bond between the scientific research management department and the researchers. With an enhanced emphasis on the importance of scientific research, the work of a scientific research secretary will have a direct influence on the quality of scientific research management. This paper gives an analysis of the work central to a scientific research secretary in secondary colleges and addresses the secretary＇s required basic qualities and professional capabilities.
