With the continuous development and change of China＇s society and economy,the construction and operation of the power grid has entered a new era.The development of power grid needs a large number of talents on transmission line.This article analyzed the training situation of transmission line,based on the specialties of transmission lines engineering,and discussed how to implement the training of transmission line.
